Leading up to the event, I designed the finalist and performer announcement graphics. The team was excited to work with a newly redesigned package, which introduced fresh elements that I carried into the social designs.
For the finalist graphics, I utilized the “swooping” shapes from the new teaser, along with light leaks and varied colors. Because of the large number of finalists, I designed something that didn’t rely on cut-out images, allowing for quicker updates and flexibility with last-minute changes. For the performer graphics, I aimed for something more eye-catching and distinct, continuing the line motif but scaling it up for a bolder look.
Social Countdowns
For the social countdown, I utilized backgrounds and animated assets from the promotional material to remain consistent with the overall look and feel of the show. My goal with the typography was to create something fun and eye-catching that would keep the viewer engaged while still being legible.
